Ponaire Coffee and Bespoke Irish Chocolates, at Churchview Adare, was set up by Tommy and Jennifer Ryan of Award-winning Ponaire Coffee Roasters in Newport, Tipperary. Having worked exclusively with one chocolatier (Benoit Lorge) for 3 years, in 2024 we Ponaire decided to restructure the company to incorporate numerous Irish Artisan Chocolatiers.

Located in an authentic 18th century traditional thatched Cottage at the entrance of the original Adare Manor Gates, this unique shop, has welcomed many famous celebrities and visitors since it was established in 1979, as Adare’s first giftware and fashion boutique.

Raincin Newsagents has a very long history selling newspapers in Adare, stretching back two generations. Newspaper readers are well catered for, as the shop sells all the Irish daily newspapers, some regional titles, as well as international newspapers.
