Stars of Limerick’s All Ireland senior hurling final success, Kyle Hayes of Kildimo-Pallaskenry and Declan Hannon of Adare will be on opposing teams this weekend as their clubs meet in a crucial Bon Secours Limerick County Senior Hurling Championship fixture on Sunday evening at the LIT Gaelic Grounds at 6pm. This is the only tie of the championship to date between unbeaten sides after both defeated Monaleen in their respective opening rounds.
It’s a winner take all tie; the winner into the quarter finals and also the promotion play-off. Adare are looking for a swift return into Section A after dropping down last year when losing the play-off to Ahane. Good luck Adare.
