Easter is a time for rest and renewal and the team at Adare Manor has developed an elegant and very special at-home Easter dining option to bring some joy to your table this spring, as the light returns and our hearts look forward to brighter days ahead. Following their sell out Mother’s Day dining option, the delightful dine-at-home Easter feast is a celebration of the season, brimming with the bright flavours of spring.
Begin with a roasted butternut squash soup, served with Gubbeen farmhouse cheese, flaked almonds and sherry vinegar followed by the centrepiece of the meal; a herb crusted rack of Connemara spring lamb with lamb jus and mint sauce. The main course is served with Adare Manor honey roasted baby carrots, garden peas and spring cabbage, Mediterranean ratatouille, crushed baby potatoes and rosemary duck fat roasted potatoes. All the dishes are prepped and ready to cook so you can sit back and relax with your family this Easter.
Of course, there is also a decadent Easter dessert to close out the feast: a salted caramel and white chocolate fondant rounds off the meal on a sweet note and you can add an extra layer of luxury with your choice of wine or champagne pairing from the wine cellar at Adare Manor or a selection of gifts from the online boutique such as a bouquet of fresh spring flowers for a flourish of joy on your table, or their curated selection of Adare Manor Easter Gift Boxes are a beautiful way to brighten someone’s day.
The optimism of springtime has never been more needed or more welcome than it is right now. Before too long, Adare Manor will be able to welcome guests back to the estate. Until then, we can relish the cheerful pleasures of this most hopeful season.
The Easter at home menu is available for pre-order click and collect with collection available on Saturday 3rd April from 12pm to 6pm and Sunday 4th April from 9am to 12noon.
The menu is priced at €120 for two people, €165 for 3 people, €180 for four people, €225 for 5 people or €270 for six people.
