The History of the Dunraven Family of Adare and Wales.
The first lecture in the Spring 2020 programme of the Leonard Lectures at The Peoples Museum, Pery Square, Limerick, will be given by the Countess of Dunraven, and will be on the history of the Dunraven family in Adare and Wales. It will take place on Thursday 27th February at 7 pm.
Her talk will be accompanied by a fascinating array of historical manuscripts and artefacts in the building for one night only. The Leonard Lectures are in memory of Denis Leonard, founder of Limerick Civic Trust, and a pioneering voice in Limerick’s heritage, until his passing in 2009.
Entry on the door is €5.
