The 5* Adare Manor, recently voted ‘AA Hotel of the Year 2019’, the most prestigious prize in the Irish hospitality industry, is delighted to announce that they are to collaborate with three leading American Wine Houses, Domaine de la Cote, Pax Wines and Matthiasson for a Special Evening of wine tasting followed by a luxury fine dining seasonal menu on Sunday, July 7.
Taking place during the week of Independence Day, the event is an ideal opportunity to celebrate the American holiday at Adare Manor. Following the success of Adare Manor’s two-day luxury dining experience with Michelin Star Executive Chef Hywel Jones earlier this spring, world-renowned winemakers from Domaine de la Cote, Pax Wines and Matthiasson will travel from California to Adare Manor to co-host this luxury evening. Jurica Gojevic, Head Sommelier at Adare Manor, said, “We are absolutely delighted to collaborate with world-renowned Wine Houses from California to celebrate Independence Day here at Adare Manor. A selection of the special wine on the evening is only available to Adare Manor in Ireland. We have already received expressions of interest from guests wishing to attend our next special wine evening, which is proving to be very popular for wine lovers and food lovers alike, and we are pleased to be able to confirm the details now. The word appears to be spreading about our wine collection, which has been built up over the past two years. During that period, we have taken great care to create a unique collection of over 700 wines for our guests to experience and share our love for wines from around the world,” added Jurica.
The Special Wine Evening will commence at 6.00pm with canapés and the wine tasting. This will be followed by the luxury four-course menu to be served in The Gallery.
