The newly renovated Adare Manor is a beacon that is genuinely putting Limerick on the map when it comes to attracting visitors. The Manor is key in attracting a different kind of tourist but also in creating a positive impression of the place itself. The resort which has 104 bedrooms now, takes its place as a top luxury destination in Ireland and around the world and was voted the Global Winner of Hotel of the Year 2018 in the highly competitive Virtuoso Best of the Best Awards 2018.

A spokesperson for the Manor says that they attracted around 60,000 visitors every year with guests coming from all over the world. It is estimated that the resort will contribute in excess of €15 million to the local economy every year. 500 people are employed in both the hotel and on the golf course.

Paul Heery, general manager said, “ we have received huge support and we would like to thank all our guests who have visited Adare Manor over the past 12 months”.
The golf course, which is a sight to behold, brings in around 15,000 rounds of golf a year and hopes to host the Ryder Cup in 2026.
